For those of us who just came back from our summer holiday a few weeks ago, the catwalk shows reminded us of our exciting time abroad.
Julien Macdonald was inspired by the glamorous lifestyle of those who enjoy the sea in the luxury settings of a yacht and by an imaginary trip to Asia, with embroidered Chinese dragons on nude chiffon dresses.
Ashish brought spring back to life with his giant sunflower and other floral prints but London is not that great when it comes to weather and pouring rain was refreshing everyone, although there were some sunny spells afterwards.

Between the shows I've managed to check out the designer exhibition again, there is beautiful jewellery around, from statement pieces to big necklaces, so trendy this season.

You can already see some people's take on this trend adding a bold touch to brighten up a look.
But after a day of shows comes the after parties, today Roberto Cavalli will throw a lavish dinner and party to celebrate the opening of a new store in London. Great for celebrity spotting if you're into it.
Jonathan Saunders will also celebrate another show at LFW and there are many other champagne-fuelled parties and events to go to and make the most of your networking skills.
Don't worry if your hair is all over the place after all that running around, you can always have your hair done at Tony & Guy inside the media lounge.
Or you can hide it... As long as it's in a stylish way... But don't get too waisted because tomorrow you have the show of London Fashion Week... Tom Ford Women's Presentation... You definitely want to look your best!
